Meet the DirectorsFrancisco J. Casas Cobo holds a B.Arch, M.Arch and Master in Theory, History and Analysis of Architecture from the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid and an international PhD from the ETSAM, Universidad Politécnica of Madrid.
After teaching for five years in different universities of Spain and in the Architectural Association of London (UK) she is currently teaching at Al Faisal University of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Beatriz Villanueva Cajide holds a B.Arch, M.Arch and Master in Advanced Architectural Design from the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid, a Master in Management and Design of Virtual Spaces from the CEU School of Architecture and an international PhD from the ETSAM, Universidad Politécnica of Madrid. After teaching for five years in different universities of Spain and in the Architectural Association of London (UK) she is currently teaching at Prince Sultan University of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. |
Together they founded bRijUNi Architects in 2003 in Madrid, a small architectural office developing mostly to residential and commercial typologies. Their work has been awarded, displayed and published both nationally and internationally.
In 2007 they won a Leonardo Grant form the Architects Board (COAM) to work in Rotterdam, where they collaborated with Monolab Architecture and Urbanism
From 2014 they have been focused on their researches, moving their residence from Madrid and teaching in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
